routing question on 6248

I need to configure a route internally. I'm not using any vlans, everything is on same network segment.

I need to tell it to point any traffic that's looking for 75.124.22.80 (an external location), to send that traffic to a router at 192.168.20.20 on my network.

Can I do this?
