1397 wireless card not reconized by the system
I received two Latitude E6500 with 1397 cards in them which I've checked the connections and reseated. Neither one will reconize the cards, I've tried the switch on the side, looked at device manger it's not showing there either. Any ideas about ways in which the cards could have been disabled in the system somehow?

I actually found the problem later this evening the BIOS had been locked and with a password and the wireless switch had been disabled. After registering the systems through Dell, I contacted tech support by chat and the gave me the codes to unlock the password and I'm good to go.
