Adapter not found; Internet not working

Hello!

I am using my Dell Inspiron N5110 for the last three years with no issues. But recently I opened  it for cleaning, and now the WiFi is not working. I checked the connections and tried different drivers, but the problem still persist. Following are the messages:

1. I got this in Device Manager

I installed the Lan Card drivers and it started working. But the WiFi is still no working. Below is the screen shot:

This is my laptop Configuration.

Dell Inspiron N5110

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2450M CPU @2.50GHz

Installed memory: 6.00 GB

System Type: 64-bit operating system

Can someone tell me, what is the problem? Is this hardware issue or drivers issue. Please help.

Regards,

Omama

Looks like a software issue because the devices are shown up as unknown.

Did you also "clean" the system? Did you use registry cleaners etc. or did you use the Dell Windows 7 Reinstallation DVD?

Provide the hardware IDs of the other devices and also of the display adapters and network controllers
