Blue screen error

I bought Dell XPS M1330. but I got blue screen error. Best buy couldn't help me. even dell tech support could not know what the problem is.

I don't know what to do. if someone know about this please help me out.

also, Dell tech support asked me to buy their software warranty $230. It does not make sense to me. They sold the computer with software problem then when I ask for tech support, they request me to buy software warrenty.

justinkmin,

You purchased the computer from Best Buy, so they provide the tech support.

What is the exact error message?

How do you know if it's a software or hardware problem?

How old is the computer? (Warranty issue???)

Press F12 on startup and run the diagnostics and see if there are any problems.

I've also been affected by blue screens and I know how frustrating it can be so... I know your pain... How did the first blue screen appear? I've gotten them usually after I install Windows updates... Was that the case?
