Bluetooth not functional on my Alienware 17 r3 laptop with Killer 1535-AC Networking Card
My Bluetooth is basically non-funtional on my 2 month old AW 17r3 laptop. Every once in awhile, it starts up when the computer is started/restarted, and I'm even able to pair a device, but after a few minutes, poof, it disappears, the device(s) disconnect, and Bluetooth is not even a category in Settings- Devices or listed in Device Manager.
I have attempted to reinstall the BT software from the dell support page specific to my laptop. I've tried to install the BT software from the manufacturers - Killer's - page, I've uninstalled and reinstalled all networking software on the same physical card, including wireless and ethernet, in addition to BT, from both the Dell page and the Killer page. No change.
I am in contact with AW/Dell, and Killer Networking, but no answers yet. I'm not even sure whether it is a software or hardware issue. I was just wondering if anyone here had a similar issue and found a solution, or just knows about Bluetooth. In case it helps, this is a section of a diagnostic I ran using Killer software which does show BTHLE errors:

It's stupid and simple solution, but I spend a lot of time finding the fix! You need just open device manager, find your BT device and disable there the mark in a front of "turn your device into sleep". That's all.
Also, I advise to do the same with Killer Wi-Fi adapter
