Bluetooth not working on DELL XPS 9350 Xubuntu (Dual boot with windows 10)

Hi,

I recently did  a dual boot of my new laptop by installing Xubuntu 15. I followed some posts to solve the broadcom Wifi problem without any problems. Problem is I still face some issues with the bluetooth which is able to see my external speakers but failed to connect to them. What can I do?
