Bluetooth not working
Am Using Dell N5010
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
I installed all my drivers including the bluetooth drivers .
after the bluetooth installation it was not successful .
Now i cannot add any bluetooth devices to my lap kindly help me

Hi Rajsekar,
Please ensure wireless is on when bluetooth driver is being installed. Once the driver is installed, refer to the Dell Article to connect a bluetooth device to the computer:

After the Bluetooth driver installation its says Bluetooth peripheral device unplugged.
In BIOS also bluetooth is turned on

Sorry for the delayed response.
I would suggest you to run test on network card using Dell PC Diagnostic. To download Dell PC Diagnostics you can refer to the link mentioned below:

If the test on network card passes, I would suggest you to perform system restore for the date you were not facing this issue:
