Bluetooth on xps 9365 does not seem to work

I have just picked up my first Dell and have been battling with getting the bluetooth to find any devices.  It does not seem to be switched on.....my devices can't find the dell.

Who can give advice?

Thanks Robert

I eventually had to resinstall the Intel Bluetooth driver to get it to recognise a bluetooth device.

Works now
