Bluetooth
Hi everyone,
I recently bought a dell xps 15 l502x core i7. Its working fine but i cant see any bluetooth software in it. How will i know if my laptop got a bluetooth device??? any help.. please!!!!

i couldnt do anything. i cany find bluetooth anywhere.
i can see that there is something as intel centrino bluetooth 3.0 and when i go to services i can even see bluetooth service, i clicked on start etc and etc but still nothing appears...
any suggestion??? Is there any bluetooth device on my laptop?? im just confused abt it..

Ni-Tish,
Try running the Finding System Information Tool and post the information back here.
Start, in search, type
bttray
click on it. This should put the bluetooth icon in st system tray, near the clock.

Ni-Tish,
The Intel(R) WiFi Link 1000 BGN is not a bluetooth adapter. I do not see a bluetooth adapter listed in the finding system information.
Go to Dell Warranty Status enter your service tag number. Click on original configuration. Look to see if a Bluetooth adapter was installed.
If you're still unsure, if the computer is under warranty, then Contact Dell Technical Support
