Can't pxe boot to take an image on a OptiPlex 7020 with an "Intel I217-LM" network card

I'm trying to create an image on an OptiPlex 7020 PC, it fails every time with this

I have add the e1d62x64.inf driver to the winpe.wim file and when I list out the driver using the

"dism /get-drivers" command I see the following"

Published Name : oem1.inf
Original File Name : e1d62x64.inf
Inbox : No
Class Name : Net
Provider Name : Intel
Date : 8/4/2015
Version : 12.13.17.4

I than repackag the winpe.wim file and attempt to take an image and I still get the error

2016-08-26 10:32:36.439, Error     QueryAdapterStatus: no adapters found.

I'm at a roadblock as to why I can't add this driver that I received from the dell site

en.community.dell.com/.../7457.optiplex-7020-windows-7-driver-cab

Any help, suggestion(s) or idea(s) for be most appreciated
