Cannot connect to wifi
Hi I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 with Windows Vista and recently I have not been able to connect to any wireless connection whereas before I had no problem. When I try to connect after a minute or so it says, "connecting to the network is taking longer than usual" and then displays the message, "this computer is connected to'the network' but does not have access to the Internet". I cannot find a solution anywhere that works so any help would be appreciated! Thanks

If the article does not help solve the problem, Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID, if using XP, run an ipconfig /all log and post it back here.
Also include the virus program and firewall you're using.

You can try system restore to before August 18th.
Or
Your McAfee is registered, correct? If yes, use the McAfee Removal Tool to remove McAfee.
Restart your computer and try to connect. Can you connect?
If yes, then you'll need to reinstall McAfee. McAfee has corrected the problem and everything should be working again.
