Cannot use my Netzero

Question

I have an inspirion 1520 with windows xp I use netzero dial up service. I have had this laptop since 03/08. Recently I got an error about Dial-up networking couldn't be found. I was looking for what I need to do to make it work again. HELP!!! I've tried contacting netzero there were no help. I am able to dial up with MSN but I don't like it and want to get rid of it asap. I am still looking into wireless and I occasionally use a wireless router and wi-fi.

Try uninstalling Netzero's software. Reboot and re-install the latest Netzero software. Since you can dial out to MSN that says that your modem is fine and Windows can see it.
