Computer Lags?

Hi, I have no idea what is wrong with my computer.

Whenever I access any webpage that comes with advertisements (those that require Flash Player), for example, when checking my email (Yahoo), there is moment when the screen just freezes and the mouse does not respond. It takes some time before I can continue with my tasks, however, the computer still experiences lag. Does this have something to do with the version of my Flash Player (I doubt it cause mine is version 10).

Any help is greatly appreciated!

anonymous89,

You didn't state if you have 32-bit or 64-bit. There are two versions of Internet Explorer.

Start, search, and type Internet. You will see a version that is Inetrnet Explorer (64-bit) and just plain Internet Explorer. Use that version.

Also try downloading Malwarebytes Anti-Malware update it and do a quick scan. If it finds anything, then go to DELL Malware Removal Forum read the top post by bugbatter and follow the instructions. They are better equipped to handle the removal of malware and get you up and running again.
