Dell 7450 / Intel 7265 - not scanning for wireless/no wireless networks shown

Hello,

We have several computers that from time to time fail to show wireless ssid's. When I disable and enable the adapter in device manager then the connection is ok.

I tried several driver versions, Dell and intel. At least the last 5 drivers. No changes.

Any ideas?

I allready tried that. I've seen laptops do the same thing with this option disabled.

Anyway, I'll uncheck this option for all laptop with problems.

I found something on the forums about HT Mode.

All laptops had HT Mode Value = VHT Mode. I change some to HT Mode Value = HT Mode and others to HT Mode Value = Disabled. I'll see if this changes anything.

It did not yet happen on a pc with HT Mode Value = Disabled.

I switched the laptops that had this problem with HT Mode value =  (V)HT mode to Disabled and since then i didn't had any calls...
