Dell Control Point eats 25% OF cpu on my T5500, Dissable and removed it and now ok

I have 6 Dell T5500 desktop servers and only one is running this 25% of CPU according to TM.   I am running XP SP3 for all machines and see no reason for this Utility and may consider removing it from the other t5500 to avoid this issue.
