Dell Digital Jukebox

Several weeks ago after charging my jukebox, an error message had appeared in the window. The error message read Rescue Mode vI. 13, Boot vI, HW vo.1.7, and had listed four (4) options. At first I had tried to reset the unit by using the internal reset switch on the side on the unit, the same message came up again. I had tried each option to no avail. The options were Clean Up, Format All, Reload Firmware, Reboot. Help! Does anyone know or have a fix ?  Is there anyone who can repair the Digital Jukebox ?
