Dell Inspiron 14R N4100 32-bit Network Controller Driver

Hello,

I upgraded from windows 7 home premium to 32-bit windows 7 ultimate.

Perusing the driver cd that came with the laptop, along with online, there is no compatible 32-bit network controller driver. Please assist.
