Dell Inspiron 1525 Wireless Network connection Setup

Hi, I have Dell Inspiron 1525 with Windows Vista Home Premium OS working perfectly. Now I am getting this problem. I set up WiFi network using Start

" 'Network' is not connected to the internet. Are you sure you want to use this network"

Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem. Yes, this problem started after I got my laptop battery replaced.
