Dell Inspiron 1564 WLAN driver installation for Win 7 x64 ultimate error

I am facing problem in installing the subject driver for the dell laptop. The problem i am facing is that when i install the driver it gives me an error "The device cannot start code(10)". I have tried almost everything to install the WLAN driver which is shown as "Broadcom 802.11 multiband network adapter" in the Device Manager. The windows i am using Windows 7 x64 ultimate. Even, i have used 32 bit windows 7 ultimate but nothing happened.
