Dell Inspiron 5420 WiFi Problem
Hy, My Inspiron 5420 is displaying problems in WiFi connectivity. My operating system is Windows 8 where the drivers are all installed. The problem is that, I get connected to a network and browse the internet, but after a certain interval of time, the internet stops working, and when I disconnect from the network and again connect to it then only it will start to work again. This happens often and its very irritating. I have tried to update drivers, but there are no positive outcomes. This is very toublesome. Please Help!!!

Hi saujan717,
I would suggest you to update the BIOS and then uninstall and reinstall the Wireless card driver on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS and then download the BIOS from BIOS section and then wireless card driver from Network section onto the Desktop screen.

Please follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the wireless card.
After the uninstall finishes restart the system and install the drivers by using the file downloaded on the desktop screen.
