Dell Inspiron N4030 - Ethernet/Network/PCI Controllers not found

I just did a clean install of Windows 7 32-bit on my Dell Inspiron N4030 and there are no available internet connections. 

As far as I can tell, all other drivers are functioning correctly. 

I downloaded the recommended drivers here;

Near the end of installation it said it was incompatible. 

I am not a computer genius, I just want to have a functioning computer again one day!

I need help!
