I have looked on sells drivers and it says my computer is Windows 10 ready and I trusted it and began the update when I was done the download speeds were horrible. I checked on Dell drivers for update and they had no new drivers.

Should also update to Windows 10 drivers as well starting with the chipset.

Just finished the clean install but  still having the same problem. It has to be something with the wireless driver Because it works fine on windows 8.1 but windows 10 my download speed is slow at 6mbs instead 100 mb.

A clean install always performs better than an upgrade install. Try clean installing Windows 10 and see how your performance is:

The Unofficial Czech Atheros Driver site has a newer driver version than Dell which should work with the Dell (Atheros) Wireless 1703 card:

That's a SATA preinstallation driver. Its needed when Windows installation media doesn't have the storage controller drivers inbuilt. You have Windows installed already using up to date TH2 installation media so it can read the storage controller and hard drive.
