Dell XPS 13 (9343) Wifi Driver Constantly Crashing

My wifi driver spontaneously crashes during normal usage, and is particularly prone to crash at startup. I am diagnosing this with the system log, which is populated with errors from BCMWL63A with event ID 5002: "Dell Wireless 1560 802.11ac : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly."

Driver information:

version: 7.35.295.0

date: 2015-07-30

provider: Broadcom

I am running windows 10. This problem did not occur until recently and is becoming more frequent.

Hi johnsonzhong,

Thanks for posting on the Forum.

Here's a YouTube tip that users have been doing to resolve the issue.  You could give it a try.

Hi Robert,

facing the same issues as johnsonzhong, I've tried the suggested proceedings in the video, but the adapter keeps crashing anyway every few minutes, and it does not always reboot on its own. Can you help?
