Dell XPS-13 Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter Not Working

After installing an update from Dell I can't create an virtual hotspot anymore. The Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter is now turned of and can't turn it back on. If have tried several commands, but the hosted network is not responding. Does anyone have the same problem, and are there any solutions? Using win 10.
