Dell XPS L501X Laptop; Internet Connection active but unable to sign-on or access web/websites. I've tried updating the drivers. Do I need to delete adaptors ad re-install? If so, how do I do this or is there another solution?

What virus program and firewall are you using?
Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and REGISTERED OWNER and post the information back here.
