Hi Sohailanwar433,

Let’s try the following steps:

  • Click "Start"
  • Right-click ‘’Computer’’ and then click ‘’Properties’’
  • Click ‘’Device Manager’’ in the upper left corner(if prompted to continue by the User Account Control) click ‘’Continue’’
  • In the ‘’Device Manager’’ window, click the next to ‘‘Network Adapters’’
  • Double-click on the wireless card
  • Click the Advanced tab
  • In the Property box, click Roaming Aggressiveness and select option 2. Medium-Low from the drop-down menu
  • In the Property box, click Throughput Enhancement and click to select Enable: from the drop-down menu
  • In the Property: box, click lick Transmit Power and click to select option 5. Highest from the drop-down menu
  • Click OK
  • Restart the computer

If the above steps do not work, then perform the following steps:

Update the wireless drivers. First check the wireless card that’s installed on the computer from Device Manager

  • Click on Start
  • Right-click on Computer
  • Click on Properties
  • Click on ‘Device Manager’ on the left sidebar.
  • Expand ‘Network adaptors’
  • Check the name of the wireless card

Then go to our support site and install the drivers:

  • Click on the http://dell.to/QjjZDA
  • Type the service tag of your computer, click on ‘Submit’
  • Click on ‘Network’ and download the driver as listed in device manager
  • Click on ‘Download File’
  • Check on the radio box ‘Single-file download’
  • Click on ‘Continue’
  • Click on ‘Save’
  • Choose the location as desktop, save the file on the desktop
  • Double click on the file; choose ‘Continue’
  • Click 'OK' on ‘Select the folder’ where you want to unzip the files (make a note of the folder location)
  • Click ‘Yes’
  • Click ‘Ok’, follow the on screen instructions and install the file
  • Restart the computer

In case you do not get prompts on the screen for instructions, then

  • Browse to the folder where the files were unzipped and locate the setup file
  • Double click on the file; follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation

I would also recommend you to update BIOS. Here is the link http://dell.to/UwLlYT

Note: Before updating BIOS please ensure that:
*Battery is 10%> or >10% charged
*Battery charger should be connected
*No external devices (flash drives, printers, external hard drives) should be connected.
*All other programs should be closed and documents saved

Please reply if you have any questions.
