Dell support and I believe something else dealing wih dell was deleted off my comp.

Since then..ive ben having problems with my comp..my wireless adapor never wanted to work and now it finally stop recognizing it and wont go on the internet. Because of what has been deleted it wont let me system restore. Ive tried it many times for different dates and it always says it fails. Does anyone know what i have ot do to get my comp to system restore and work properly? Should I buy dell drivers and reinstall all of them?
