Having problem with Wireless adapter that doesn't work

I am using Dell precision T3600

system window 7 64bits

After I have re install window, there is this symbol " ! " on the network controller and the wireless adapter doesn't work so i think it is the wireless driver problem. Then I call dell and trying to install driver but it doesn't work at all.

the network card is DW1530 wireless-N WLAN and the Adapter is Dell Antena 

I have try all the driver Dell Wireless driver. I am sure that i have download the right one 

When i install it say " No Compatible hardware found. The software you are attempting to install is not supported on this system"but i download the one for window 7 64 bits

Does anyone know how to solve it???
