How to Turn Off Wifi led light? dell inspiron 1420
Hi everyone,
My laptop is dell inspiron 1420, vista. The wifi light is always on.
I'm having a problem turning off my wifi Led light, since my wifi toggle switch at bottom left has already broken (not functioned).
I tried FN+F2, but didnt work.
I'm afraid if the light is a always on, it will affect my battery endurance.
Any help will be much appreciated.

That light has nothing to do with the battery or battery life. You can turn off your wireless connection in Network Connections. You will not be able to access the Internet or your home network if the wireless is turned off.
Wireless is your connection to the Internet, not related to running on battery. You run on battery when you don't have your adapter plugged into a electric socket. You should read up on laptop battery care. Start HERE
