I can't see all images on web pages and the browser doesn't matter.

  I reformatted my Dimension 3000 a few years ago.  Immediately after I had problems with the screen and display.  I didn't have the right disks to reload, but somehow got it to work.  However, there were some images that never would download(and I didn't know that they were even there).  But I can't take it anymore and have to get it figured out.  Unfortunately, I think it's pretty complicated, since I've downloaded new drivers and software that I was hoping it would be.
