I have internet connection but I can't get online
Im a true novice.I have a inspiron 1525 that worked fine online til the other day.I have had comcast out here and they can't figure it out,it shows I have a good internet connection but I can't get online.They said the computer isn't reconizing the IP number and when he types it in it doesn't stay.
