I just got a att air wireless is not working
I CALLED ATT THEY SAID IS NOT THEM IS THE COMPUTER , I CALL DELL YERSTEDAY THIS REP AVID POST CALL ME IS NOT HAPPEN. ERROR SHOW EVERYTIME ERROR 1935. NEED SOLUTION PLEASE:emotion-6:

Hello,
Not sure where you are in problem solving, but i have that at&t mercury USB laptop connect and i used the att wireless manager. Sierra wireless also has a download since that is OEM (for mercury stick) so i have the link. Hopefully you can use another computer to download. http://www.wireless.att.com/businesscenter/solutions/wireless-laptop/software.jsp
Scroll down they have downloads for MAC OS and Windows.
Hope this helps, it's no fun having a toy that wont perform.
