forgive me, is a vostro a desktop or notebook...i tried to check really quick in dell's help and support...BTW have you checked there?

click on drivers and downloads

You'll have to find the driver yourself since XP is not surpported on this model.

Try installing the drivers in the correct order. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
