I reset the windows display colors on my Dell lap top...

But unfortunately I must have picked the wrong colors because I can not even see the little boxes about this email that have locations of font, emoticons, and colors.

How to I restore Windows Vistas default settings.? Where do I go, help me.? Please and Thank you.
