INSPIRON 17R 5721 bluetooth issue

I replaced the hard drive and reinstalled windows 10. Laptop works fine. Connects to the internet just fine but Bluetooth has completely disappeared. When I troubleshoot it says there is "no capability" for Bluetooth. Can anyone help me out here?

I downloaded and installed Network_Driver_0DMHW_WN32_12.0.1.690_A00 from Settings/Update & Security/View All Optional Updates (on right side of screen)/Driver Updates then choose the Bluetooth Driver and download it and install it.  Reboot the machine.  My Bluetooth shows up in devices and is now working as expected.  Hope this helps.

See response below on mhbiz.  It would not let me copy and paste to your response.

Could the WLAN card have gone bad? It connects to the internet but just won't broadcast Bluetooth.
