Inspiron 2500 NIC problem.
My Inspiron 2500 on board NIC does not appear to be working. I can't connect and I do not see any lights when I plug in the Ethernet cord. Is this a driver problem or something more serious?

Most likely it is a NIC issue which will most likely result in motherboard replacement to fix. One thing to check is to boot into the bio and make sure that it is enabled.
