Intel PRO/Wireless 2200B/G - error "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

I am receiving this error:  "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

I cannot connect to the internet.  The error shows on these three
components in the device manager:  Texas Instruments OHCI Compliant IEEE
1394 Host Controller, Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller,
Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection.  This occurred after a
computer "freeze" while I was downloading something (securely) and a forced reboot.  All
other functions seem to work properly.

I have uninstalled the items through the device manager and allowed a
reboot to rediscover the devices.  The computer rediscovered them but I
get the same error as above.  I uninstalled the items and used the Add
Hardware wizard to rediscover the items without a reboot and I got the
same error.

PLEASE HELP!

First off, make sure that you download and install the Service Pack 1 update if running XP.

Try downloading the newest drivers for your network connections (ethernet and wireless) from Dell's site. There is a Download section where you can download the latest drivers and install them.
