Intel pro wireless 3945abg issues

I have a latitude d620 with 3945abg and used to work fine with win xp sp3. Then I installed win7 ultimate RC and used until march 1st with no issues. After March 1st I reinstalled Winxp pro sp3 and having this issue with the wireless connection. It keeps disconnecting every 10-15 minutes, even wifi LED turns off. I need to do select repair to get connected again.

Intel driver version is 12.4.4.5 and the hw version is 2.0.30.

I already disabled power management option. I have the same issue on another d620 gone through a similar process. I tried on different wifi networks and face the same issue.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
