Internet Explorer 7 - can't e-mail web pages - only links; also when printing out e-mails - font is very small

Can anyone help me with this problem - I've contacted Dell, Microsoft and my ISP - and all of them say it's a problem with Internet Explorer 7 - however they say only Dell can fix it.  Tried tech support - & now they want me to call Dell on call and pay for that even though my computer is under warranty - I have Dell Inspiron 530s with Windows XP Service Pack 3

Has anyone had the same problems - and if so how do you fix it - Dell Tech Support tried to but couldn't
