Internet connections
I have windows 8 and when I use the desktop I connect to the internet (explorer) no problem but just today when I try and use some of the tiles on the window screen it says internet is not connected - I have gone to the control panel and it shows it is but no luck when using tiles - does anyone have a suggestion? thanks

Go to www.dell.com, then service, then detect computer, then wait until complete, the update will load onto your computer. Safest way to update problems or technical issues.
