Laptop keeps losing all wifi signal
Dell Inspiron 15
Dell Wireless 1704 802.11b/g/n (2.4GHz) Network Adapter
The computers ability to receive wifi signal periodically drops completely and doesn't detect ANY networks available, all while other devices are still connected.
The solution I found is to troubleshoot problems, which then it states two problems:
Problem with wireless adapter or access point (fixed)
A network cable may be broken (has a warning symbol)
Then it connects back to the network. Other devices (such as an HP laptop, phone) are still connected while this happens though.
This happens about once or twice every other hour. Ironically happened three times trying to post this. What could be the problem?

How does this help? I didn't install a new operating system? This is a fairly new laptop that already had windows 10 on it.
