Latitude E5440 Mobile Broadband Issues

I have a dell E5440 that came with a verizon sim and a 5808 gobi broadband card. This works well with the Sierra Wireless Skylight broadband utility. 

I am trying to switch providers and use an ATT sim with a custom APN. I have created a new profile and entered the APN but the connect button is always greyed out. I know that the card is working because I can connect through the windows built in utility. 

Is there another mobile broadband utility I can use with this laptop?
