My shareit is not working properly......................

I have installed the latest network driver ....... Then i am trying to send or receive any file by shareit software............ It is not working properly.......... File can be send from this laptop but can not be received from another device .   The shareit shows that my netword adapter is too old but i am using the latest version !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why is this occurring ??????????? How can i solve this????????????? Plz help.........

Unfortunately, I have no information on Shareit Software. You will need to contact the company for support with configuring their program.

@DELL-Jesse L My laptop is dell vostro 3460.. Today I found out that my laptop does not open when I press the power button. I checked it out that battery and power supply is good. But my laptop does not openg. I attached a video link for this...
