New Dell Inspiron 15 i5565-A879PUR Slow Wi-Fi

I just received my brand new Dell Notebook. All my wireless devices logon to my router at about 60 Mbs but my new Dell Notebook only logs on at <25Mbs. So I took the computer to a friend’s house, and we have the exact same issue. I am not using Power Saving mode in Windows, and just in case I changed both profiles to keep Wireless at maximum even when on battery. Still, the WiFi is super slow on both routers I tested. Please help before I return the computer!
