Online Databack Service Problem

I've been unable to connect to Dell's DataSafe site for a couple of days from either my home or business computers.  Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it?  Thanks in advance!

Please let me know if you face issues while getting into the Dell DataSafe website or while logging into the account with your user name and password.

If you get any error messages, please provide me the complete error code.

In case you are not able to logon to the account, it might be due to an expired Dell DataSafe Online subscription.

I have sent you a private message. I would request you to reply with the e-mail address used to register the Dell DataSafe Online account. I will then be able to check the status of your account and suggest further steps.
