Open Gobi WWAN application?

Hello

Just   purchase  a new   Dell PC and  I'm trying  to get  it  to  work   with   my  existing  wi-fi  network.    I've    been    roaming  around   the  support   web  site  for  about  hour looking   for  information  on  troubleshooting    this "out  of the  box"  wi-fi  issue.  The    "Read  this  first"  entry   said  something  about   "gobi"  .  I  did   a look-up  on  my  PC  for gobi and  the  only   thing that   came   up is http://www.usa.gov/gobiernousa/  which  has  nothing to do  with wi-fi.

Where do  I  find  the  support?

I'm  told that   my Dell support  level  does not  support   e-mails?

So  there's  no  support  for  my  PC?

It  would be  nice  to  find   documentation  on the  wi-fi   hardware.
