Pop-Ups when using computer

What's up guys?

Whenever I turn on, restart, and even sometimes when I'm doing work on my computer a pop-up that asks me "Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?" comes on to my screen with the following URL:  file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Dell%20Support%20Center/sscommon/common/inc/ss_shellinclude.js.  I have tried to go to this site and see what it is, but nothing happens.

So far nothing bad as happened (other then REALLY annoying), but I'm afraid if I let it go for too long something will.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get rid of it?
