Problem opening some internet pages
I have Internet Explorer 10 (version 10.0.22) and am all of a sudden experiencing some problems opening some webpages. The message is usually just "this page can't be displayed" and it tells me to check internet connections (nothing wrong with the internet connection).
Sometimes I get an error message telling me to check my TLS/SSL protocols are enabled. I have gone onto internet options and the relevant boxes are ticked for TLS 1.2 and SSL 3.0.
Can anyone help?

Try to reset internet explorer user profile service failed user profile service failed
1. Hold Windows Key and Press R
2. In the run dialog that opens up, type inetcpl.cpl and click ok
3. Click Advanced -> Reset -> Place check on delete personal settingts and Click Reset
4. After reset is done, re-open explorer to check.
