True Mobil 2300

Trying to connect a D-Link wireless after the Dell unit, can't seem to get the settings right. My cameras run on the D-link unit. Is it possible to run one router through another on. And if so, does anyone have any idea on the settings or areas, I have exhausted my thoughts. The D-Link is a 514.
