Unable to install bluetooth drivers on Dell XPS 15 9550

I'm currently trying to install the latest bluetooth drivers from the Dell website, however, it is always unsuccessful. I have checked that the drivers are for the correct network card (Dell wireless 1830).

This is the installation log if it may provide any insight.

Doesn't work; I have already checked I have a DW1830 and not an Intel wireless card.

jso1121,

What is listed in the device manager? Also, verify that Airplane mode is off and that the bluetooth is turned on in settings. You can also, install the chipset drivers, reboot and then install the bluetooth drivers if needed.
